'Streamera' is an intermediary platform to facilitate financial support (Donation) from content creators and streamers. 'User' refers to any person who enters the site or uses the services. 'Content Creator' is a user who enables financial support by creating a dedicated page.

Users are required to enter their real and correct information when registering. Responsibility for maintaining password confidentiality and all activities performed under the account is entirely with the user. Any transfer of account to third parties is prohibited and if observed, the account will be blocked.

Donations made on the platform are voluntary and non-refundable. Streamera deducts a percentage as a fee for technical and infrastructure services from each transaction, which is visible in the account settings. Settlement with content creators will be done according to the schedule announced in the user panel.

Any use of the platform for illegal purposes, money laundering, or insulting persons and sanctities is prohibited. Content creators commit not to use the platform to publish destructive, obscene or illegal content. Abuse of the reporting system or attempting to penetrate site infrastructure will lead to legal prosecution.

Streamera is committed to protecting users' personal information. We use your information solely to improve service quality and platform security. Sensitive banking information is never stored on our servers and all transactions are done through valid and secure banking gateways.

Streamera reserves the right to change the provisions of this agreement at any time. Changes will be notified through the website and the user's continued activity means acceptance of the new rules.
