Terms and Conditions of Streamera

"Streamera" is a service AndroPay provides for streamers and content creators to receive donations from their audience. In these terms, "we" means Streamera and AndroPay. A "streamer" is a user who creates a donation page and receives donations. A "donor" is anyone who donates to a streamer from that streamer's page. A "donation" is an amount a donor gives a streamer as a gift through Streamera. Streamera is a technical intermediary between donor and streamer. After our fee, a donation is the streamer's income; we have no share in it beyond the fee.

Signing up, logging in or donating on Streamera means you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service. Streamera may be used, as a streamer or as a donor, only by people aged 18 or over.

You log in with a one-time code sent by SMS to your mobile number. Do not share that code with anyone; you are responsible for what is done with your account. The information you enter must be correct and your own. Using another person's identity, mobile number or bank account is forbidden and gets the account blocked. A streamer account cannot be sold or transferred to someone else.

A donation is a voluntary gift, not a purchase. You receive no goods or services for it, and the streamer owes you nothing in return. You donate knowingly, with your own bank card. The amount you see before paying, including the fee when it is yours to pay, is the amount taken from your account. A donation cannot be refunded once the payment succeeds. If a payment fails and money left your account, your bank returns it under its own rules. Above an amount Streamera sets, you may need to confirm your mobile number with an SMS code before paying. For larger amounts your national ID may also be matched to your mobile number; you may then need to pay with a card registered to that national ID. Before paying you choose what is shown, under "Display settings": "Show on stream" shows an alert for your gift on the live stream; "Show in supporters list" lists your gift on the streamer's page, on Streamera's home page and among the top donors; "Show my message" shows your message wherever your gift is shown; and "Show my name" shows your name. The streamer always sees your gift and your message in their dashboard. With "Show my name" off, your name is not shown on the public page, on stream, or in the streamer's dashboard. Names and messages are checked automatically before they are shown, and text found offensive may not be shown. Names and messages must follow the "Content and use rules" section. If you break these terms, donations from your mobile number may be blocked.

Streamera takes a fee from each donation. A streamer's fee rate is shown in their account settings. If the streamer has made the fee the donor's to pay, the donor sees it before paying and it is added to the donation. We do not refund donations, except on the order of a judicial or legal authority. The amount is then taken from the streamer's wallet, and if it has already been paid out, the streamer must repay it. Buying a Streamera plan is buying a service: once paid, it cannot be refunded or cancelled. If its payment fails and money left your bank account, your bank returns it under its own rules.

Donations, after the fee, are added to the streamer's Streamera wallet. A streamer can request a payout. The payout fee and the amount that will reach their account are shown before the request is made. Each request is reviewed before payment and, once approved, is transferred to the SHEBA that was registered on the account when the request was made. Before the first payout, a streamer verifies their identity: they enter their national ID, birth date and SHEBA. We check that the account's mobile number is registered to that national ID and that the SHEBA is in the same person's name. Then uid.ir's page records a short video of their face and compares it with the national ID card photo. We ask the civil registry for the legal name and whether the person is alive, and our team reviews the result and approves or rejects it. Verification is open only to people 18 or older with an Iranian national ID, and each national ID belongs to one account. Payouts are paid only to a SHEBA in the verified person's name. A SHEBA changed after verification is matched to the same person. If it later turns out the identity belonged to someone else or fraud was involved, the approval is revoked and payouts stop. A revocation for fraud blocks the national ID for every account. If we suspect fraud, use of someone else's identity or illegal activity, or a legal authority orders it, we may hold payouts until the matter is settled.

The following may not be written or shown on a streamer's page, in a donor name or in a donation message: - content against the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran; - insults to people or organisations, ethnic groups, religions or sanctities, and hateful, racist, threatening or violent content; - pornographic content or nudity; - content whose copyright belongs to someone else, without their permission, and unauthorised advertising. Streamera may not be used for: - gambling, betting, lotteries or prize draws; - fundraising for political parties, or for political or religious causes; - selling goods or services, attaching conditions to a donation, or promising any goods, service or perk in return for one; - money laundering or any other illegal activity, or attempts to break into or disrupt the service. A streamer is responsible for the content of their page and their stream.

Donations are the streamer's income, and declaring and paying tax on them is the streamer's own responsibility. Streamera pays tax on its own fee. The transaction reports Streamera shows are for the streamer's information and are not a tax return. Transaction records are given to judicial, tax or supervisory authorities when they request them.

From donors: name and email (if you give them), mobile number, the donation's message and amount, national ID (where required), the IP address at the time of payment, and the card number in masked form - its first digits and last four, as the payment gateway gives it to us. The full card number and its PIN never reach us. From streamers: mobile number, donation page details, and for payouts their national ID, birth date and SHEBA. We keep what uid.ir's page returns: name, birth date, address and postal code, and bank details (SHEBA, card number and account number). From the civil registry we keep the legal name and whether the person is alive. This is so a payout goes only to an account in the streamer's own name and anti-money-laundering rules are met. All of it is stored encrypted and only the review team sees it. The face video stays with uid.ir and never reaches us. Donors' mobile numbers, emails and national IDs are not shown in the streamer's donation list. We do not sell this information. It is shared only as far as running the service requires - with the payment gateway, the SMS service and the identity check service - and with legal authorities when they request it.

If these terms are broken, or a legal authority orders it, we may suspend an account, a donation page or the ability to donate, temporarily or permanently, and hold the wallet until the matter is settled. To follow up, use the support channels at the bottom of this page.

We are not responsible for disruptions beyond our control, such as internet or banking network outages, payment gateway failures or government decisions; we still follow up unfinished transactions until they complete or are returned. These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and disputes are heard by the competent courts of Iran.

We may change these terms. The date of the last update is at the top of this page, and continuing to use Streamera after that date means accepting the new text.
